Due to continued expansion, our Boston branch currently have an opportunity for an experienced Mechanic to join their team.

The branch carries out a variety of fast fit work including tyres & alignments, batteries, brakes as well as operating a busy MOT and service department.

Role Purpose:

• As part of a small team your role will be integral to delivering quality service, maintenance and repairs to our customers.
• Understand and adhere to all relevant Health and Safety requirements, including policies and procedures
• Communicate the Bush Group vision for “quality at all costs”.

Key duties and responsibilities:

• Deliver work to the highest standard to fulfil our high customer service standards
• Self educate on tyre & technical information through internal training and relevant training courses
• Complete all relevant administration paperwork in detail.
• Contribute to good housekeeping routines

Due to the fast paced nature of the role, candidates will ideally hold a Level 3 Qualification or Accreditation (IMI, C&G etc ) in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair and/or have previous experience in a similar role.

This role is 45 hours per week during our operating hours and salary is negotiable depending on experience.
