Service Manager, Knaresborough

Our Knaresborough branch are currently recruiting for an experienced Service Manager to join their team.

The branch offers a high quality Retail/Fast Fit service, in addition to Mobile Tyre Fitting and Wholesale/Distribution operations.

Role Purpose:

• You will work alongside the Branch Manager to assist with all aspects of the depot operations, including but not limited to; Account and Retail Sales transactions, scheduling commercial (mobile fitting) jobs and invoicing completed work.
• Day to day you will also be responsible for implementing a positive customer journey to ensure that the Bush Group philosophy “Quality at all costs” is adhered to
• Liaising with the Branch Manager and Warehouse Manager, you will ensure that the branch is compliant with all company policies, H&S guidelines, HR legislation ect

Key duties and responsibilities:

• Be responsible for assisting with all branch operations
• Manage depot stock levels, stock control and reorder requirements.
• Manage upkeep and condition of all equipment and depot premises
• Act as an ambassador for the company, being knowledgeable, professional and friendly at all times.

Experience in a similar management role is desirable, however, not essential as full training can be given. Previous tyre industry experience or knowledge is essential.

This role is predominantly 45 hours per week (Monday-Saturday).

Salary negotiable dependant on experience.
