Vehicle Technician, Horncastle

Due to continued expansion, our Horncastle branch currently have an opportunity for a Vehicle Technician to join their team.

The branch carries out a variety of fast fit work including tyres & alignments, batteries, brakes, exhausts etc. The branch also offers MOTs, so a Level 2 Testing certificate (Classes 4 & 7) is desirable but not essential, as there is an opportunity to gain this qualification through this role.

Role Purpose:

• As part of a small team your role will be integral to delivering a quality Tyre and Fast Fit service to our customers
• Completing MOT repair work in a timely manner to allow for re-testing
• Understand and adhere to all relevant Health and Safety requirements, including policies and procedures
• Communicate the Bush Group vision for “quality at all costs”.

Key duties and responsibilities:

• Deliver work to the highest standard to fulfil our high customer service standards
• Self educate on tyre technical information through internal training and relevant training courses
• Complete all relevant administration paperwork in detail.
• Contribute to good housekeeping routines

This role is 45 hours per week during our operating hours and salary is negotiable depending on experience.
