BA Bush & Son Acquires Rotherham Tyre Company Allround Tyres
Article written by Bush TyresWe are pleased to announce that as part of ongoing planned expansions, BA Bush & Son have acquired Rotherham based tyre company Allround Tyres.
Allround Tyres is a family run business established in 2006 and is based on the Centurion Business Park in Rotherham, South Yorkshire. The company is made up of a fully qualified team of technicians who have a combined total of over 100 years’ experience.
As part of the BA Bush group, Allround Tyres offer a range of automotive services including tyres, exhausts and batteries as well as vehicle servicing, repairs, diagnostics and MOTs. They also offer a mobile fitting service to the local area.
This latest announcement comes only weeks after we opened our newest Bush Tyres branch in Catterick and means our retail presence now not only covers the East of England but now spans as far north as North Yorkshire, as far south as Cambridge and is heading further west with this latest acquisition.
Ben Bush, Director at Bush Tyres said: "We are very pleased to be able to announce this latest acquisition of Allround Tyres and to be able to expand our network further in South Yorkshire. Allround Tyres are a family run business much like our own, so we are pleased to be able to welcome them to the BA Bush Group.
Allround Tyres will continue to run as its own entity and will retain its own brand but will now fall under the umbrella of the Bush group and benefit from our large stock holding and improved buying power and systems. We look forward to welcoming them to the team."
