BA Bush & Son Ltd Visit Ascenso State of the Art Manufacturing Plant in India

As the exclusive distributors of Ascenso Tyres in the UK, Thomas Bush, Nigel Bush, Ben Bush and Gregg Foster of BA Bush & Son Ltd travelled to India last week to visit the Ascenso team and tour the state-of-the-art Ascenso manufacturing plant.

The contingent met with the senior team at the plant in Panoli, Gujarat, as well as the head offices in Mumbai.

The state-of-the-art facility in Panoli is spread over 127 acres and has a manufacturing capacity of 70,000 MT built in two phases. The phase-1 capacity is 40,000 MT, and the phase-2 capacity is 70,000 MT.

2023 will see this growth continue with the introduction of new patterns and sizes, including a range of VF technology tyres.

Ascenso have also won numerous environmental and quality awards, meeting the requirements for ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management Systems, ISO 14001:2015 – Environmental Management Systems and ISO 45001:2018 – Occupational health and safety management systems as well as Preliminary Edge Certificates for various blocks at their Panoli manufacturing plant.
