BBS CI-R wheels with Pirelli Sotto Zero 240 runflat tyres fitted to BMW M760Li by our Horncastle centre
Article written by Bush TyresOur Horncastle centre supplied & fitted a set of 9×20 front & 10.5×20 rear BBS CI-R alloy wheels with 245/40R20 front & 275/35R20 rear Pirelli Sotto Zero 240 runflat tyres.
They also supplied & fitted newly calibrated Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS)sensors and balanced the wheels, dynamically, using Traxx adhesive wheel weights.
The Wheel
The CI-R from BBS is a stunning 5 ‘Y’ spoke wheel that hasbeen weight optimised using carefully selected manufacturing techniques thatdrastically reduce the weight. This wheel impresses not only with its visuallystriking, BBS typical Y-spokes, but is also equipped with all sorts oftechnical finesses.
The CI-R is a one-piece flow formed wheel that is finished to the higheststandards with weight optimization being is top priority. CI-R is the absolutelightweight construction wheel with a replaceable stainless-steel collisionring.

The Tyre
The Winter Sottozero Serie II is the ideal choice for sportscars and top end vehicles, balancing performance, safety and respect for theenvironment. The asymmetric tread pattern is divided into two distinctelements. The inner area expels water effectively whilst the external area,with its more rigid and spaced blocks, ensures high levels of grip onsnow.

The Car
BMW M760Li xDrive produces 601bhp from its 6.6 litretwin-turbocharged V12 engine which can accelerate this 2.2 Ton Limo from 0-62mph in3.7sec, making it one of BMW’s fastest accelerating cars so far. With its8-speed gearbox and BMW’s xDrive four-wheel drive system it is capable of189mph in M Driver package format.
