From 1st April – 30th April 2023, Bridgestone are offering a FREE Milwaukee Drill Kit when you purchase a set of 4 Bridgestone Agricultural Tyres.

Simply purchase a set of 4 Bridgestone VT-TRACTOR and/or VX-TRACTOR tyres from your local Bush Tyres branch and ask them to submit your invoice, name and address to claim.

The offer is available when purchasing a set of four (4) Bridgestone VT-TRACTOR and/or VX-TRACTOR tyres. Purchase must include at least two (2) Bridgestone VT-TRACTOR and/or VX-TRACTOR rear size tyre of either 38 inches or 42 inches to claim the Compact Percussion Drill Kit.

Bridgestone Agricultural Promotion Terms & Conditions:

1. This Promotion (the ‘Promotion’) is organised and hosted by Bridgestone Europe NV/SA UK Branch.
2. The Promotion is open to all end user companies, except Bridgestone Europe NV/SA UK Branch (the "Sponsor") and any employees of the Sponsor or employees of any dealer tyre supply branches for the Sponsor, its agencies or anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the Promotion, or trade customers.
3. This Promotion is open only to Agricultural end users that have purchased the relevant tyres from the Bridgestone Partner Network.
4. By participating in the Promotion an entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the Promotion material.
5. The Promotion has a purchase requirement – Entrants must purchase from the Bridgestone Partner Network the designated Agricultural tyres in a single transaction during the Promotion Period (set out below) in the UK. Designated tyres are those listed in the promotion specific rules below.
6. Only two claims per end user may be made during the Promotion Period.
7. Lost, incomplete, invalid, illegible or late claims will not be accepted.
8. The Sponsor reserves the right to discard illegible claim forms.
9. The Sponsor reserves the right to dispute a claim if it believes the claim is not legitimate. The Sponsor’s decision is final. Claim forms and receipts become the absolute property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
10. Customer’s invoice will be supplied from the dealer tyre branch to the Sponsor in order to claim the reward. 
11. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used wholly in accordance with current UK data protection legislation for the purpose of fulfilling this Promotion. In particular, personal data will be used solely to administer this promotion and for no other purpose(s). By proceeding with this promotion, you agree to the processing of your personal data, which includes your full contact name, email address, mobile phone and company address.

Promotion Specific rules

1. The Promotion is open and valid from 1st April –  30th April inclusive (until midnight), one (1) month duration.
2. Promotional offer available only when purchasing a set of four (4) Bridgestone VT-TRACTOR and/or VX-TRACTOR tyres to claim the Compact Percussion Drill Kit.
3. Promotional offer must include at least two (2) Bridgestone VT-TRACTOR and/or VX-TRACTOR rear size tyre of either 38 inches or 42 inches to claim the Compact Percussion Drill Kit.
4. The Compact Percussion Drill Kit will be sent out to the end user after receiving invoice copy from the dealer with full contact name, email address, mobile phone and email address.
5. An automatic email will be sent out once the reward is being processed and delivered.
6. End user must ensure that a correct and valid mobile phone and email address is provided. The Sponsor and dealer shall not be responsible for verifying any email addresses provided.
7. For the purposes of this Promotion, the Sponsor (Bridgestone Europe NV/SA UK Branch) acts as Data Controller. 8. No cash alternative will be offered.
9. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute an alternative prize if circumstances make this necessary.
10. The Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the Promotion and/or review and revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice. By continuing to take part in the Promotion subsequent to any revision of these terms and conditions, entrants shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.
11. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
12. Neither the Sponsor, nor agencies involved in this Promotion may be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever caused by matters relating to the Promotion. The Sponsor cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the Promotion or as a result of accepting any prize. Nothing shall exclude the Sponsor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
13. To the fullest extent permitted at law, the Sponsor shall have no liability to any entrants arising out of this Promotion or for the quality and/or use of the Compact Percussion Drill Kit.

15. The Sponsor is not responsible for the product warranty. The warranty period is 12 months and commences on the date when the product was purchased (date to add in). MILWAUKEE® tools warranty can be extended from 1 year to a maximum of 3 years (1+2) using the registration on the www.milwaukeetool.eu website.
16. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Promotion shall be subject to English law and the Courts of England and Scotland law and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdictions.
17. These terms and conditions do not prevent any of your consumer rights.
