Sept 2018 – Road closed A158/B1191 junction: Horncastle Depot Temporary Directions – Sept 2018
Article written by Bush TyresDue to road works the Langton Hill junction (B1191/A158 traffic lights) the road is CLOSED for approximately 6 weeks from today.
WE ARE OPEN AS USUAL during this period.
Directions to us for cars & vans ONLY
IMPORTANT: These directions are NOT suitable for Large vehicles, including HGV lorries.
From A158 Lincoln side of Horncastle turn onto the B1190 towards Bardney. Take your first turn left, just before The Durham Ox pub. Follow the road to the ‘T’ junction and turn left. Next ‘T’ junction turn left onto the B1191. Follow the road to the bottom where you will see Bush Tyres on your right.
From Woodhall Spa No change, stay on the B1191 until you see Bush Tyres on your right hand side.
From South Horncastle A153 turn left just past junction of A153/B1183 and head towards Thornton. At the ‘T’ junction turn right onto the B1191 and follow the road all the way to Bush Tyres which will be on the right hand side.
Christmas has arrived early in our Spalding Branch when a visit from two cars which are more than capable of helping Santa deliver his presents faster on Xmas eve. The mighty R33 GTR and an exceptionally rare Lotus Omega Carlton visited for a free WINTER check.
Something a bit different visited our Spilsby depot earlier in the year. ‘Gasser Champ’ Sean Milsom brought in some loose wheels for new tyres to be fitted to his modified Morris Van ahead of competing at Santa Pod and Melbourne Raceways in the ‘Gasser Circus’ race series.
This 1972 Plymouth ‘Roadrunner’ visited our Horncastle Branch recently for a wheel alignment. This huge American muscle car has a 6.6 litre 402 cubic inch V8. With great power comes great responsibility........
