2023 Land Rover Defender 110 X-DYNAMIC HSE

The newest generation Defender is Powered by a 3.0 Turbocharged Diesel Electric MHEV engine. Producing 300hp and 650 Nm of Torque. The engine is coupled to an advanced all wheel drivetrain with “Terrain response” and a twin-speed transfer box.

The Land Rover is a huge car with some weight, but it is no slouch, with a 0-62 time of 6.6 seconds and top speed of 119mph.

Where the car really excels is its “go anywhere” ability off-road. The car has a ground clearance of 226mm and a maximum wading depth of 850 millimetres. It can climb hills of 22 degrees with an approach angle as steep as 31.2 degrees.

The car will do all of this while you sit in the comfort of a heated leather armchair with twin zone air conditioning. It is a very capable workhorse in a fully tailored suit, a comfortable everyday car you can use for long motorway journeys or drive around the muddy fields of Lincolnshire with ease.

Yokohama Geolander GO15 All terrain AT Tyres and Vossen HF5 Wheels

The Yokohama GO15 All Terrain “AT” tyres are fitted here in the extra wide 28545R22 front and rear. The Geolander is the All-Terrain tyre from Yokohama, built for Crossover SUVs, 4x4s and is suitable for many AWD pickup trucks or crew cabs, or even camper vans.

The tyre is built for all weather conditions and carries the 3PMSF symbol making it road legal for winter driving in Europe.

The tyre is designed to give the perfect blend of performance in both on-road and off-road driving conditions. The Enduro compound offers durability from special polymers as well as the Endurocore construction giving dependable off-road performance.

Variations in the tread design also helps the tyre perform off road while maintaining noise comfort for on-road driving. The tyre is available in over 40 different sizes ranging from 15-22”in widths from 205 to 325.

The tyres are fitted to a set of Vossen HF5 in staggered offset 10.5×22 wheels, giving a wider stance and filling the rear arches. The car also has four new Tyre Pressure Monitoring System, TPMS valves fitted and coded to the vehicle.

The HF5 is from the series of Hybrid Forged wheels, currently available from 19-24” in many offsets including custom options. There are two standard, and 5 custom paint finishes available. Seen here in custom Satin Bronze with matching Classic Billet Sport Centre Caps finished in Brickell Bronze.

The wheels have also been balanced using special custom finish Traxx coated adhesive wheel weights for the perfect finish.
